(2) Featuring a 5:6 gear ratio dual-screw configuration and advanced linear design, these compressors achieve energy efficiency, environmental compliance, superior performance, and ultra-low noise levels (<55 dB(A)).

(3) Configurable with single or dual compressor circuit systems based on cooling capacity requirements. The compressors automatically alternate operation in response to load variations, ensuring balanced runtime distribution across units. This intelligent design extends equipment service life significantly, delivering >45,000 hours of maintenance-free operation.

(2) Internally ribbed copper tubes with smooth external surfaces optimize heat exchange efficiency (ΔT ≤1.5°C).

(3) Designed using CFD-validated CAD technology and precision CNC-machined for compact dimensions (±0.1mm tolerance). The 25mm PE insulation layer ensures <3% cold loss and eliminates condensation risks (ambient RH ≤85%).

(4).Constructed with heavy-gauge copper tubes processed into trapezoidal low-resistance configurations, enhancing heat transfer coefficients (*U-value ≥3,500 W/m²·K*). The smooth tube surfaces reduce hydraulic resistance (ΔP <25 kPa) and facilitate CIP (Clean-in-Place) operations.
