DARKO Portable Air Cooled Chiller Unit
The cooling capacity ranges from 2 kW to 30 kW (1HP~10HP), widely applicable to injection molding machines, blow molding machines, thermoforming plastics, extruders, CNC machining centers, anodizing, CT scanning, die casting, oil cooling, printing, welding, and powder metallurgy industries.
Scroll Chiller Compressor
Equipped with globally renowned fully enclosed scroll compressors, delivering 20-30% higher energy efficiency compared to reciprocating compressors. Features stable operation, high reliability, superior efficiency, minimal failures, low vibration, quiet performance, and easy maintenance. Compressors automatically alternate operation based on load variations, balancing runtime across units to significantly extend chiller lifespan.
Evaporator
Three configurations available to meet diverse connectivity needs:
Stainless steel tank coil type
Shell and tube type with internal/external threaded copper tubes (smooth inner surface for enhanced refrigeration efficiency
Stainless steel plate heat exchanger
All evaporators feature 25mm PE insulation panels to prevent condensation and minimize cooling loss.
Condenser
Incorporates high-efficiency corrugated fins and inner-grooved copper tubes for optimal heat exchange performance and operational stability.

Micro-Computer control system:
DARKO has developed a highly intelligent PLC and PC-level computer control system, which can be used for remote monitoring and control.
Simple operation, connect with power supply directly, with lower failure, and high safety factor, easy installation. User can set the parameter as real working need, intuitive and reliable.

3. The compressors can automatically running alternately according to the load change, to balance the running speed of each compressor, and greatly extend the service life of the chiller.
It adopts internal and external threaded tubes, the inner surface of the copper tube is threaded and surface is smooth, the cooling efficiency is higher.
The outside of the evaporator is insulated with 25mm thick PE insulation board, no condensation, and small loss of cooling capacity.
