Darko Energy efficient air-cooled chiller come with cooling capacity from 80KW to 1100KW, and widely used in many industrial process chiller such as plastic injection, plastic extruding,PVC manufacturing, chemicals, Acid-resistant industrial chiller, poultry processing, dairy milk, die casting, cement/concrete Cooling etc.

Air Cooled Water Chiller we supply is famous for its diverse number of features and advantages as given below:

1. Self-contained single or split chiller configuration assists to meet the needs of indoors and outdoors applications.

2. Heat is dissipated out from the system directly through ambient air present over the condenser configuring ultimate cooling of refrigerant.

4. Water tank separately connected to the unit through water pipes and control unit ensuring the protection of the whole unit from any damage.

6. Chilled water collects the heat from the system and ultimately transfers it to the circulating air that spreads around to provide the heating effecting in winter.

Control System

DARKO has developed a highly intelligent PLC and PC-level computer control system, which can be used for remote monitoring and control. Simple operation, connect with power supply directly, with lower failure, and high safety factor, easy installation. User can set the parameter as real working need, intuitive and reliable; SIMENS PLC is workable.

Protection System:

Temperature control switch, high and low pressure switch, overload protection, compressor overheat protector, compressor frequent start protector and abnormal indicator light.

Compressor:

1. The compressor adopt a new high-efficiency screw type rotary compressor, which is 20-30% saving energy than ordinary compressors, we have long cooperation with HANBELL, BITZER, REFCOM,and etc.

2. Cooling capacity control can adopt four-stage (100%-75%-50%-25%) or three-stage (100%-66%-33%) and step-less control system.

4.Adopt special groove design of high-efficiency silicon steel, and equipped with internal and external omnidirectional design cooling flow, so that the compressor motor can exert the highest efficiency under any load.

3. Adopt kinds of refrigerant, except R22, also use eco-friendly type, such as R407c, R134a, R32 and etc.

Condenser

1.Equipped with high-efficiency transverse slit fins and internal threaded copper tubes, with high heat exchange efficiency and good stability.

2. Powerful fan make sure good heat exchanger in different ambient temperature, the fan will be control according to different condensing temperature need.

Evaporator

Shell and tube heat exchanger with higher cooling efficient, and good Insulation.

Internal with water pump and tank is optional.

DARKO air cooled screw chillers adopt semi-hermetic screw compressor, which mainly solves the problem of large cooling capacity need. It is suitable for the working condition where is windy and sandy, and hard water quality. Small space and higher efficient. The air cooled screw chillers has a built-in screw compressor and a finned condenser, and equipped with a shell-and-tube high-efficiency heat exchanger and a low-frequency speed fan as standard.
