1. High efficiency fin coil
Efficient heat transfer:
The efficient fin coil is made of a combination of a cross-row design and special corrugated fins. The heat exchange tube fits perfectly with the aluminum fins through mechanical expansion.
Widely Applications:
The heat exchange tubes can be selected from ∅7~∅25mm diameter, and the heat exchange tubes and fins can be made of stainless steel, copper or titanium alloy, which can be used for cooling and condensing various fluids.
Special protection design for heat exchange tubes:
To avoid possible tube damage, the coil end plate uses stamping flanges during the manufacturing process to fully protect the heat exchange tubes from mechanical damage.
Reliable pressure test:
All fin coils are pressure tested to 20 bar and are nitrogen pressure maintained before leaving the factory.
Corrosion-resistant coating:
In order to meet the needs of different corrosion sites, the fin tube bundle can be equipped with acid, alkali and salt resistant nano coating.

Electrostatic Coating Cabinet:
The dry cooler shell plate is made of AZ150 galvanized aluminum plate and can be double-sided high-temperature electrostatic sprayed (RAL7032), which can be used in various places. The dry cooler support structure uses an integral frame structure to ensure higher firmness and stability.

Energy-saving & low-noise axial flow fan:
The axial flow fan uses an AC fan equipped with a frequency converter for stepless speed regulation, with multiple operating modes, to achieve maximum cooling performance with minimum energy consumption. The motor is waterproof and dustproof: IP54, insulation grade F. Each fan adopts an independent wind chamber structure, and the fan operation will not affect each other. EC fans, low-noise fans, large-diameter axial flow fans, energy-saving and low-noise operation are available, and explosion-proof motors can be selected.
