1. Specially Designed Low-Pressure Air End

The AEDL low-pressure air compressor series adopts the same airflow capacity as the AED series but features specially optimized rotor profiles and an enhanced exhaust valve design. This ensures low RPM operation, high efficiency, extended lifespan, minimal downtime, and ultra-low noise levels, maintaining the series signature reliability.

2. Lubrication Assurance at Ultra-Low Pressure

Lubrication oil plays four critical roles: lubrication, sealing, cooling, and noise reduction. Compressed air drives oil circulation, but under ultra-low pressure conditions (e.g., ≤0.2MPa), insufficient oil supply can lead to abnormal noise, bearing/rotor wear, overheating, and leakage. To address this, the AE AEDL series incorporates a dedicated oil pressurization device and customized piping design, ensuring stable oil supply even at ultra-low discharge pressures.


3. Ultra-Enhanced Oil-Gas Separation System

Low-pressure air compressors generate larger compressed air volumes and higher flow velocities compared to standard models, requiring a specialized oil-gas separation system. The AEDL series features a separation capacity increased by over 80% versus conventional compressors with equivalent airflow. This guarantees superior air quality and prolonged oil separator lifespan.
